A chartered manager and certified Change and Project Management professional, he is known for driving growth through strategic planning, business analysis and technology-enabled process optimisation.

His 12-year public sector career culminated as Head of the Modernisation Office at the Edo State Internal Revenue Service, where he led the transition to a fully automated revenue administration system and collaborated with development partners including the World Bank.

In the private sector, Omoh served as Senior Manager for Product & Growth in a multinational fintech firm, contributing to a $13 million seed raise and facilitating the acquisition of a Microfinance Bank. He later became the first COO of USTC, overseeing end-to-end product development and public sector technology deployments. His leadership has enabled significant revenue growth and the creation of top-tier e-governance, fintech and ERP solutions.

Omokayode is a forward-thinking executive with over eight years of experience driving growth through technology, innovation and process excellence. A certified Business Analyst with strong expertise in business process optimisation, he has built and scaled products across fintech, edtech, telecoms and HRMS.

He brings a blend of operational leadership, product execution and AI adoption strategy, helping organisations leverage automation, data and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock new revenue opportunities.
